It’s claimed: Freedom isn’t free! And truthfully, I’ve never fully understood the intent of those words. Although, when I go out shopping anymore, the phrase rings clearer than the cracked Liberty bell. Plus, WE THE PEOPLE, in actuality, are not free by any stretch of the imagination. Moreso, over controlled, over regulated, overtaxed, squashed, cheated, and lied to more than one can believe. And when you see the current supposed inflation numbers presented by whomever, but see and feel the pain in your bank account, at the gas pump, shopping cart and wallet, understand one thing: Your government did this. By choice! And if anyone believes for a nanosecond the government gives a tinker’s damn about them, wake up. And quick! Because nothing happens in a vacuum, it’s deliberate.
Thus, the government, instead of protecting and serving, their function to make life easier, simpler, safer, has become a complicated process of ups and downs, the ultimate goal being, tear everything down. For an understandable perspective, read the Declaration of Independence, or at least this much of it: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. – That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, - That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. And sadly, personal issues are worsened more when those elected for public office and are supposed to be trusted, violate the tenets of acceptable morality. But what is even considered morally acceptable anymore? Or should there even be moral limits while, as every dawn breaks, a new and unbelievable limit is crossed. And I wonder, when will WE THE PEOPLE say ENOUGH! Each citizen has a supposed standard they’ll uphold before becoming a hypocrite, right? And while writing each post, Barbara always asks me to find something positive, with which I struggle, especially as I watch the nation die right before my very eyes. So, for years I was never a political person. I was aloof, distant, detached. But I became political when the brain cells turned on, understanding a grenade is being handed off to our children. So, ask yourself: Does anyone really want to leave this mess for their posterity to clean up, or do they just not care? We’ll be dead but let’s get what we can, leaving the debt to someone else. As a nation of one people, if we do not do something now, it may all be too late.
So, absolute: Unconstrained by constitutional or other provisions: an absolute ruler. (American Heritage)
For starters, there are those who claim there is no God. He’s either a figment of the imagination, a myth of fictional creation, or business based in the myth. Except, in all things being equal, on the business end, a religion of god has prospered well. All on the premise of one donating to, so they (church) can supply the needs of the poor. Yet, while the poor are increasing in numbers unfathomable, religion for some is gaining their personal wealth exponentially. But the true God; is He a figment, a myth, a business, or, like others believe, steeped in faith; not seeing is believing? Then, on the government’s end, where God was once involved, He’s now kicked out, someone else let in. And the government itself, now the religion, desirous of feeding and controlling the masses, assuming power to gain more power, absolute. Like anything of value, it’s all in the eye of the beholder.
Then the world we live in; was it by design, or a big bang? Imagine, just on Earth alone, every living creature, biosphere, climate zone, topography type, etcetera, all by happenstance? An explosion of epic proportions, even creating the cosmos. The vastness of space, where no one knows the outer limits limit, with the sun at the supposed epicenter, the earth third in line of the planets. All by one giant explosion and chance? Adding to the hopeful complexity of thought; the earth spins at 1,037 MPH at the equator. And to achieve one rotation around the sun, one day, twenty-four hours of life: 67,000 MPH. All the while, one feels like they’re standing still, nothing’s spinning, all is balanced and we’re in control. But if one aspect were different, everything would be different.
Except, while the earth is spinning controllably, America is spinning out of control, intentionally. All by design, to disrupt the design. Things that should not be, are. While those who should be protecting, serving, and controlling are not. In addition, issues that should have citizens raising eyebrows and questioning, have them applauding, promoting what’s evil by intent to a herodom of disgust. Of recent, a “transgender” has publicly declared their desire to be the first to undergo a uterus transplant. The desire being the first trans to get pregnant in order to hold title being the first “trans” to abort. The intentional life they would start, to happily end abrupt to have others praise them for their bravery. Is that “freedom isn’t free” in action?
Now, an epidemic of death is ravaging the nation. An open border unchecked, allowing the flow of drugs to potentially kill off the masses or those too weak to resist. Even city governments across the nation, along with the Fed are supporting by not enforcing any law, even supplying paraphernalia for one to achieve their fix. And while cities devolve, those very governments stand blind, and people die as the mental health of the nation evaporates. Then there’s the other border dilemma. A government sponsored mass infiltration, the story of the Trojan horse apropos. Only those who were applauding, claiming “sanctuary city,” are now shouting from the rooftops, demanding action. And those who still believe, will one day regret, once amnesty is granted, and all can then vote understanding: The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not (Thomas Jefferson). “Freedom isn’t free,” right?
Then, in some of the same cities with drugs unchecked, crime sprees and gun violence run rampant. The amazing aspect: where drugs are pushed unabated by government intent, its regard to one holding a weapon for self-defense or stopping a perpetrator from stealing everything in sight is? The only solution apparent, be disarmed, because one’s constitutional right to carry does not matter and also pass laws, punishing those who would protect themselves against the theft, including store owners. All while DA’s do nothing. So, for those too afraid of those who own, and law abide, to rely solely on a perceived safety barrier through government decree, remember this: When you abandon freedom to achieve security, you lose both and deserve neither (Thomas Jefferson). And the same body allowing those committing acts of violence to remain free and unchecked, while removing one’s ability to self-preserve, their sole desire is autarchy (absolute power). So, ask yourself: Is the freedom to be free, more regulation from those who have failed everyone yet?

Well, in every deception presented, global warming is the end. Per some in government, ten years or less of life remain before the world of man self-destructs. All in the supposed name of science, we must surrender our power and ability to freely move around to those who will decide. Even while the countries polluting worse are exempt. It’s you and I who must suffer and pay, so those in power can remain in stature and style. Yet, in all of this, the three branches were supposed to work for us, not us under them, understanding: The cornerstone of democracy rests on the foundation of an educated electorate (Thomas Jefferson). And while it appears no one desires to learn, or see any real truth, or vote to change the direction of the electee’s intent: When the representative body have lost the confidence of their constituents, when they have notoriously made sale of their most valuable rights, when they have assumed to themselves powers which the people never put into their hands, then indeed their continuing in office becomes dangerous to the state (Thomas Jefferson). And if “Freedom isn’t free,” is the cost of government sponsored freedom cheap?
So, if I understand the Bible correctly, God gave Satan earth’s domain, for why I’ll never relate. Along with free will, one must understand a day to atone will one day present. And while the nation continues to unravel, most need to see tyranny is easy with those who give in. And there’s an axiom of truth I believe can explain: The Bible alone can stand by itself, while our Constitution without, will fail on its own. In any situation the nation faces, a firm requirement is manifest, a moral compass of standing must be upheld, understanding: The God who gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time (Thomas Jefferson). And for perspective: Government cannot provide what was freely given from above.
To end, belief is only in the eye of the beholder, while trusting government is in the hands of fools. And while society deems me intellectually inferior due to my lack of education, if anyone truly believes the current national situation will remain tenable, or sustainable, first: You’re an idiot. Then second and some perspective: Sodom and Gomorrah dismissed God. And look what happened when they pushed the limits of morality. Plus, I’ve seen the result of what a big bang actually does, where life does not appear to exist, only sand and some glass. Yet, if God is fake and Satan isn’t real, then someone please explain what’s happening so I understand. And while Barbara continually asks me to find something positive, the moment I see a Democrat, Republican, hell, any legislator for that matter, at any level of government tell the truth, I’ll be onboard. And finally, of my goals in these posts, one was to obtain feedback from the few who partake. I’m willing to learn.

"Freedom isn't free" the way I always understood it: our freedom came to us from individuals who lost their lives defending it. Their lives were the cost of obtaining it. So freedom was not free--it's cost, the lives of the many who fought for it.
Ok, now what are we going to be able to do by voting. It looks like we are going to be presented with two inept men who are too old and just want fame and power and their party to win. You can look to the other people running, but they have never been elected. Besides I have never thought their platforms were any better.
Are we all going to take to the streets to overthrow the government? Let me know when and I'll get a gun and learn to shoot it. I'm old anyway.
