As I look at the current political landscape, I wonder: Can someone please make things make sense? As the intentional Party division in everything taking place becomes the government being the cure. Only, it’s the disease. The desire for power entrenched became cancer metastasized, destroying WE THE PEOPLE. But the nation’s Framers were adamant: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. – That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, … (Declaration of Independence). So, they, with fingers crossed behind their backs, ratified the Constitution. Although today, DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) will resolve the parity imbalance enshrined in the country’s governing documents, those being racist by nature. And all while the wealth divide of legislator to constituent widens to numbers never before imagined.
Yet, if one only followed American history, they’d discover an amalgamation of corruption and deceit right up to present day. Take Marbury v. Madison (MvM) for instance. Although first, imply the hear no, speak no, see no evil “If we fail to learn from the past, we’re doomed to repeat it” mantra. MvM being a failed attempt in 1803 to create multiples of courts with appointed Party judges thwarting any ability of an incoming and opposing political Party to enact legislation. The newly created courts would rule unconstitutional any legislation passed, tying up said legislation in court. Ruled a “landmark decision,” it’s eerily present today, no? And begging: Are we reliving the past? Only, constitutionally: The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish (emphasis added). (Constitution Article III/Section 1). Which makes the courts created constitutional, including Party activist judges more so?
Then, if I understand things correctly, the nation’s birthrate is falling to precipitously low levels, a multi-tiered problem. Not enough “natural born” youth to perpetuate the country’s future. Yet, in a declining birthrate of future legal citizens, the abortion of said future citizens is a leading cause to one Party’s fight to gain voters. And I get it: “My Body, My Choice!” But shouldn’t that apply in all issues relating to one’s person? And Party, in combatting declining birthrate issues, instead of promoting American citizen births, opens the floodgates, and allows unchecked illegal aliens into the country, claiming the need to increase births; The 14th Amendment perverted to aid in the dilution of national fabric, thus the nation itself.
And in the obfuscation of the low birthrate issue is taxpayers, or not enough future ones thereof, further upsetting the Social Security (SS) balance. Then legislators, without explanation as to how multiples of millions of an uneducated populace requiring complete government support will fill the SS money coffers while said individuals send billions back to their home country. But isn’t SS broke, yet all government retirements funded and flush. And I get it yet again: When the “Big Three,” like the big banks were all too big to fail and government stepped in and propped them up, on the auto side, it was Union (unfunded liabilities) and banks, upper echelon (golden parachutes) funded, while no one except the taxpayer paid for the malfeasance. But SS at a minimum; move the goalposts, reduce benefits.
Now, I’ve heard legislators pontificate ad nauseum America has a gun problem, but they never talk about the spending problem. And I get it: They bloviate at times about “waste, fraud, and corruption” in speeches, but (again), never do anything to eliminate or even control it. And sadly, I recently saw a report where there are more government issued credit cards than there are government employees, while no one can account for who holds those credit cards. Yet, get guns out of the people’s hands. Why? And I get it: DOGE (department of government efficiency) is Fascist and Nazi and nary should a government employee be furloughed like their civilian counterparts have gone through since time immemorial. Plus, to show the Fascist/Nazi Musk who’s in control; destroy his company, charging stations, dealerships and all employees, while terrorizing those who bought his product. And all the while, those in State government holding Tesla stock in government employee pension funds promote the company’s destruction? Just like the patriotic one’s did during the George Floyd riots of 2020, those J6 terrorists be damned.
Yet, in the world of politics, Trump proposed the end of the DoE (department of education), signed into law in 1979. But since its inception, the cost of education rose faster than grade level competency declined. But wasn’t the nation First in education then worldwide and today fortieth? And while those in power and Union leaders cry the need for more money to fix the decline, students graduating from public education today score lower in every category before there was a DoE. And I get it: Boys in girls’ sports is more important than kids who can actually read and understand math.
Plus, while top tier colleges turn out graduates who support terrorist organizations (Hamas), as Jews are fair game in the real-life drama of violence, they hold endowments in the billions (dollars) while legislators give them hundreds of millions (dollars) to aid the educating of students who despise their country. Why? Because teaching them “America bad,” including those greedy business CEOs, as college professors demand tenure and bigger bucks to teach how bad capitalism really is while handing out degrees that are not worth the paper they’re printed on is good for business?
So, as those who legislate continue to deceive, remember: History is a vicious cycle of repetition, and words are meaningless as action speaks louder than. Take Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman. He pontificates middle ground while voting left, believing those boys’ and girls’ should play and shower together while the girls get beat down in their game of choice. But to make it all make sense, may I suggest; remove the Party blinders. They actually obscure the forest through the trees as opposed to showing any clarity of the forest.
And when it comes to the government, what should happen when it becomes the problem: That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security (Declaration of Independence).
Or better, learn the Constitution, understand the willful deceit of Party, find a moral compass. I promise, even though it’s preached otherwise, without one (moral compass), everyone becomes a hypocrite at some point. And while the problems facing the country are purposely made larger than they actually are by both Parties and the media, understand the purpose, therefore. Because if one believes in the beauty of the Constitution, they’ll know it’s the responsibility of WE THE PEOPLE to make sense of everything thereof.
