Mankind is the most convoluted of all animal species. Go back 2,000 plus years to when Jesus walked the earth. His desire: end the legalistic confines of religious zealousy, creating a direct connection between God and man and dispense with the legalese. His ministry lasted three years and when Palm Sunday presented, the Israelites believed He would be their new King and obliterate Roman rule. Problem was: It wasn’t his intention as His Kingdom isn’t earthly. But those in power over the Jewish faithful? Jesus was also turning their governance upside down. Their power on the chopping block. Thus, in less than one week, Jesus went from being The King to being crucified. Except, the entirety of the plan was crucifixion. An oxymoron if one doesn’t believe without seeing. Easter Sunday just past, the resurrection. And mankind, a word no longer societal permissible, only now Humankind. The elevation of man above woman sexist, even though “mankind” was simply a reflection of both sexes. Man is from woman, as by design, woman is of man. The faith or belief in God. The Creator of the universe, not a big bang. Even the nation’s Framers believed that.
Which brings up the current nature of politics; what’s permissible, what’s antithetical and if one crosses the proverbial line … cancel culture. The righting of wrong; or is it the wronging of right. Anyway, Party politics have become the call of duty. It does not matter what the agenda of the day is, if one believes a wrong committed, to cross the Party line becomes a crucifixion in seconds, not days. So much, imagine if there was a conservative Democrat or liberal Republican. Both are antithetical of Party operative principles to achieve the goal of whatever the current ideology is to destroy the nation. With Party, get in line or face the juggernaut, where one must be an acolyte of deception. Party, a multitude of discombobulations in ambiguity to define an end ambiguous. Words coined 250 years ago no longer relevant: The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity (Federalist 1).
Words simple, yet complex, the antithesis thereof if one follows Party, to fulfill an ambiguity of intentions. Take “due process” and the inability to remove illegal aliens from the country unless their case is proven either way without doubt through judicial morass. Their constitutional rights violated by the desire to deport, begging: Was “due process” performed when they illegally entered the country? Or, by virtue of stepping on American soil, did they become a U.S. citizen, becoming a resident of the State which they reside, the Constitution their basis of protection, similar to the 14th Amendment Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. A slave amendment then, and nothing more, of words written without the context of perversion today. But truthfully worse, the government cannot constitutionally control immigration.
So, take Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the recent flashpoint of Party politics. He wasn’t born here, but illegally migrated from El Salvador to here, and settled in Maryland. Now arrested and deported back to his country of origin, Chris Van Hollen, a Maryland senator is hellbent to have Kilmar returned, a citizen subject to the laws of El Salvador, not the United States, his “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” being El Salvador. But I ask: When Rachael Morin of Maryland was brutally raped and murdered, did Senator Hollen vociferously decry outrage over her death? She having been born a citizen. And in his stand for justice for Kilmar: Did he fly to El Salvador on his dime or the taxpayers? Which begs: Does all this make him a fake genuine?
But I also get his intention? The national birthrate is falling precipitously. As such, Party needs voters, thus import those willing to procreate, increasing vote count. Remember, voter ID is racist where it’s required most everywhere else. If you’re legal, try boarding an airline without one. If illegal without ID, board at taxpayers’ expense. Then the Party religion of gay marriage, transgenderism, and abortion in the “My body; My choice” movement obfuscating constitutional intent: provide for the … general Welfare of the United States (Constitution/Article I/Section 8). The defining of words antithetical to upholding what should be upheld, wrong becoming right, especially when word definition diluted redefines constitutional meaning through the antithesis of intent; the government cannot legislate what it cannot control (Federalist 84). The definition of “Welfare” tantamount to understanding “provide for.” Because the government by design is to protect. A legalistic view of religion and faith applied to the concept of rule in law.
And make no mistake, the current trend to define the opposing Party’s status quo as oligarchy while separating oneself by claiming not, only shows the ignorance of WE THE PEOPLE, as the intent is to maintain oligarchy by raising those new to the status of the old. But with oligarchy intact, Party can maintain power or regain such, depending on which side one is standing. The only losers: WE THE PEOPLE. Which, constitutionally speaking, if a man has the desire to wear a dress, do so. Just don’t force me to accept man can become woman just by changing their clothes, a part of the Constitution’s beauty. It allows personal choice and independence with government protecting the individual from those who would do others harm. But when the government intentionally harms the overall to secure the wealth and power of those over-all, then a wakeup call should present. Although, it appears the desire for government dependency outweighs the intent of self-sufficiency, thereby giving power to those who were supposed to be controlled. An apparent self-surrender to autarchy by WE THE PEOPLE.
Then, executive orders. The nonexistent power being used and abused by Party. And yes, this has been an abuse of power through generations. Yet recently, tariffs have become the bane of WE THE PEOPLE, who are watching retirement accounts lose value daily. Only, tariffs are constitutionally granted solely to Congress. Except, Congress through abdication of power, gave the president the ability to levy them: All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives (Constitution/Article I/Section 1). The government branch (legislative) housing the people’s representatives and State senators, today feckless and inept. It appears their sole desire is to stir up dissension and create havoc. And this being part of the oligarchy argument posited by Bernie Sanders and AOC (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez), one senator, one representative. But in the middle of the illegal alien conundrum, tariffs, and government layoffs, resides the judicial branch. The supposed purveyors of constitutional truth, who in truth have become activist Party acolytes, the Constitution an aside to Party dictates, decisions becoming authoritarian. Thus, to see the future, one only need look at their posterity, begging: Will their futures be brighter or dimmer? Because if you’re not seeing the obfuscation, then you’re a believer in the deception. And like Jesus, believing is seeing, His simplicity of truth has become the complexity of politics. So, to close, learn the Constitution, remove the Party veil and see the truth behind the lies.
